How your subscription works
The essentials of our terms and conditions and our refund policy, which prevail.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. Prices are shown excluding tax, per month. VAT or the applicable local tax is added according to your laboratory's country. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of subscription.
Who collects the payment?
Paddle.com, our reseller (Merchant of Record): it collects the payment, issues your invoice and applies the tax. The subscription is paid monthly in advance and renews every month until it is cancelled.
Is there a commitment?
No. You can change plan at any time from your Subscription area: the change is immediate and prorated over the current period. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Can I get a refund?
Your first subscription payment can be refunded within 14 days, with no reason required. Monthly renewals and plan changes are not refunded, except for a payment error, which is always refunded in full.
Who pays?
Only laboratories subscribe to a paid plan. Dental practices and centres use Labflo free of charge.
Can prices change?
Any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance and applies from the next renewal; you can cancel before then. Founders keep their price as long as their subscription is not cancelled.
